We have additional people to contact to insure that gun registration is never a state wide reality here in Nevada.

Several hours ago we spoke with Senator Nolan, chair of the Transportation Committee. He assured us that this resolution was not a concern to gun owners, however, he also assured us that he had NOT read the new resolution. Just read between the lines! Now others in Nevada that are a part of the committee need to hear your concerns. Please contact them with the email below and then spread this email to others ASAP.

REAL ID by any other name is still an invasion of our privacy! REAL ID, a national identification program is being “reworked” as PASS ID.

Tuesday, July 21st, the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) will try to pass a resolution supporting the REAL ID revival bill, PASS ID. We must stop this.

NEEDED ACTION: It is critical that our Nevada representatives hear from us. They all need phone calls and emails in opposition to PASS ID immediately.
The vote is tomorrow, July 21st.

Many organizations, including the Americans for Tax Reform, GONV, Campaign for Liberty, The ACLU, National Immigration Law Center, National Network to End Domestic Violence, Cato Institute, oppose or have written in opposition to PASS ID.

PLEASE URGE NEVADA LEGISLATORS TO OPPOSE THIS RESOLUTION!!!
