SOTOMAYOR IS BAD FOR GUN OWNERS

Sotomayor is anti-Second Amendment.
Please contact Senator
Ensign and Senator
Reid and urge them to oppose the nomination of Judge Sonia
Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court.
• Sotomayor ruled in United States v. Sanchez-Villar
(2004) that "the right to possess a gun is clearly not
a fundamental right."
• Sotomayor was part of a three-judge panel which ruled
in Maloney v. Cuomo that the Second Amendment does not apply
to the states.
It is completely unacceptable for the Senate to confirm
a judge to the U.S. Supreme Court who does not believe in
the rights that are EXPLICITLY stated in the Bill of Rights!
Please call Senators Ensign and Reid and urge them
to vote "NO" on Judge Sotomayor.
